Teachers Reports - Chloe

Working in Ndola was one of the best experiences I've ever had.  It was amazing and wonderful to meet such humble, generous, nice and welcoming people!

 The people at the school were really helpful in order to make us feel at ease in the community and in Ndola in general.

 At the schools, the teachers were very happy to show us the way they work and also very happy to receive our ideas.  It was real team work where everybody brings something, an idea, a suggestion, a joke and a good laugh!

Everyone was focused on the children, their welfare and their learning abilities.

I loved working there as everyone played the educational games that we devised, got involved in every activity and was happy to learn.

I will never forget the singing in the morning, the parachute with the nursery children, using the paint with Grade 1, the children running to us in the morning, the party we held on the last day, the look in the children's eyes, their voices when they were singing, and the teachers’ amazement on discovering a map of the world….. it was all worthwhile!
